nfusion hd no video

Any suggestions on how to fix black tv screen. I get audio but no menu screen. Have tried hdmi and component. Before I stored this nfusion hd receiver I used the component screen. My Samsung HD tv shows mode not supported! The nfusion receiver face turns on to the last programs titles I used to watch but no video, only audio. Unit was stored for the last two years. Have tried the menu-channel down-volume > channel down-ok-volume> several times to no avail. Seller, maker no help. Noticed this unit is now being sold for about 1/2 of what I paid. I hope this last statement is not my answer. Same cables work with my Fortec Star Mercury receiver. Thanks for any responses.

Found the nfusion sw you downloaded. Thanks. I have never used flash on this receiver. Can it be done directly from my computer to the receiver as the menu screen which shows upgrade menu cannot be viewed from the tv screen
