NHL Center Ice HD Channels Not up

I can not access any center ice hd channels. SD working fine, HD channels do not even show up in guide. I checked channels I recieve in the menu and they are not listed. Went to custom 1 and marked all of them they now show up shaded in the guide (like the others channels I do not receive) and do not come in. Says channel not purchased.

Receiving HD Center Ice channels in Nor Cal. Watching Dallas and New Jersey game in HD as we speak.
Current Sharks game is only in SD however. You may have a guide problem as the games in HD are showing up on my guide.

They are in the guide, just do not come in.

They've had some problems with NHL authorization the past few days.

Also, channel 769 is not working the past couple days. I sent an inquiry to find out why.

Posted in another thread; go online and get a re-hit/re-authorization and he reset the receiver.
