NHL GameCentre Live 2010-11 Season

Shaw told me they are not offering NHL GameCentre Live this season. Bell offers it but told me I cannot get 'Live' in the USA since I am registered in Canada. I am spending winter in Florida and would like to get NHL Live games on my laptop with HS Internet. The alternative is to buy NHL Live for Internet without going through a TV signal provider. Can I buy that inCanada and use it when in Florida? The story seems to change with every call I make.
Can someone confirm and update the NHL Live situation for satellite TV service providers for the coming season. What should I do?

I had NHL GameCenter Live last year(I live in Georgia) through the NHL website. I'm waiting to see if I'm automatically renewed for this year.
