NHL Network: Free Preview?

As of last night, I started getting NHL Network "Free" with the Dish Network Welcome Pack.

Is it on Free Preview because of starting of Hockey season?

I noticed its not listed @ dish.com/preview or the preview channel on Dish Guide.

Thoughts?

Its a free preview all over north america until Oct 23rd.
