Typically that would be the case. 215-1 is just used for blackout territory of the primary game. If you are blacked out for both it is likely an error, unless you are in the home territory for the Devils or Flyers as well as the Bruins.

As a side note a few weeks ago NHL network was added to the Xtra package, previously only in Ultimate and up.
At that time it wasn't showing in the Xtra package on directv.com, but I checked again today and it is now showing as part of Xtra.
That is a positive change for sports fans, as Ultimate is primarily a movie network upsell.
