Can't record NHL network

Title says it all, plus the guide is still grayed out.
Says my receiver isn't authorized to record this program.

I didn't know if you were maybe trying to Record a Playoff game or something out of the ordinary.

I went to the guide and 215 wasn't blacked out ... I'll try to Record now.

Nope, just the regular NHL channel.

I would imagine you've tried to reboot already ...
I'm thinking a call into D* would have them verifying your subscription as well as refreshing your channels.

I get the channel, I just can't record it.
