No 1080i output from my STB after update

:mad: I am not sure if anybody else have this problem but my Voom STB does not send any 1080i output to my TV anymore. It was working fine until tonight when I turn the TV on. I believe my STB received the software update last night. Normal composite video output is still good but no high definition picture to my TV. Both of HD input is not showing any picture (component and DVI output). So far I have done several soft and hard boot without success. I tried to unplug the phone line as well with same result. Everything else seems to working ok although I haven't tried other features yet. Also STB gives out lots of static noise through my home theater speakers but only once in awhile and short burst. What's HDTV without HD output. This is unacceptable bug to me. I hope it's not my TV (RCA Scenium RPTV) which giving this error. I will report tomorrow if there is any changes in my setup.
 
Yes, I did try the "red button" but it didn't make any difference at that time. But I did the hard reboot again, this time I waited about fifteen minutes before I turn STB back on again. I even unplugged the phone line as well. And behold, it works again. I am not sure it was phone line which gave this problem but my HDTV is showing HD content once more again. My STB acted very strange last several hours after the software update last night but for now, it is sending proper 1080i signal to my TV. Hope this software upgrade is stable enough in the future. I will report back if there is any changes in my system in the future. Oh yeah, I don't think caller id on my STB works properly. It will be off until I know for sure that this feature is working properly.
