No Audio on a 630

I Have no Audio on some chanels like Dircovery, and Comedy, all the rest is OK, I do not know what to do. any help?.

Under System Settings go into User Settings and make sure "Descriptive Video" is checked to Off, it has been known to cause this problem when it is on.
