no broadband, but phone connection.....can't access account via hopper

With my 722, I could press the"dish" key on the bottom of my remote & the system would dial in for me to access my account & pay my bill. Is this not possible with the hopper? When I press this key now, is tells me that I must have internet connection........why doesn't it dial out like the 722?

The Hopper does not use the phone line the same way the 722 does. An internet connection is required with the Hopper becuse it accesses mydish.com for billing information.

Because the "DISH" key on the Hopper is the "On Demand" key and you must have an internet connection for the on demand.
