No Caller ID

Hi there everytime I do a search I come up empty about caller ID not showing up anymore. Is anyone else having this problem. Does anyone have a fix?

the only times i lost i was a) the phone cable was disconnected b) Someone in my house had "zoomed the tv and it was lost off the top of the screen.
of course i am assuming you have the menu items set to show it.

My 622 did this the other day. I went into the settings and disabled caller id then enabled it again, works again.
