No HD reception

Good afternoon. My DirecTV receiver is showing non-DS channels, but goes into a 771 search for all HD channels. Satellite signal seems good and I have done the ususal resets and hard off and on scenarios...... Any ideas???

What recvr ?
Do you have your BBC's attached ?

Did you check the signals from all satellites?
Please post them.
