No ION 280 on TV2

The New ION channel 280 shows up in the EPG of my VIP222 on TV1 but does not show up on TV2. It is missing on both the 'All Channel' and 'All Sub' guides. If I try to manually tune to 280 on TV2, the receiver flips to 273. The old ION 181 still works on TV2 but of course the EPG info is missing. Again, everything is fine on TV1.

I have done a power button reset. Any thoughts?.

Do you have channel locks enabled? I had the 280 channel locked and hidden from whatever was at the number previously. I had to remove 280 from the list to make it appear in all appropriate guides.
