No Remote!!!

My uniden president satellite receiver was purchased without a remote. Ive boughten 4 diffrent universal remotes, all had to be retuned to the store. All of them had the brand of the receiver in the code list but none of them powred it. i dont want to shell out $50 for a new one.

I ran into the exact same situation. I ended up throwing in the towel on my Uniden and bought a 4DTV model 920 receiver off of ebay instead. I still have the universal remotes that I bought - I bought them out of town and at $1.25 per litre ($4.72/Gal) for gas where I live, I'm not going to bother returning them..
