No signal and no channels since 8 AM or so!!!

There isn't any national outage going on, but after looking at the radar on the map, I would assume the huge mass of green and blue covering Indiana would be the problem. How is your weather?

The message says they are aware of the problem and not to call. I called and the CSR had no clue, but than again he was in India, or who knows where.

Is that only happening on your locals? That sounds like the outage slate which can come up if there are signal problems. Are all channels showing signal loss? Have you checked your signal strength or tried running a checkswitch?

No channels whatsoever. It keeps saying acquiring signal but it goes to one and then stops.

sounds like it is a problem on your end......go to the check switch screen (menu6,1,1) and see if you have any signal.
