No signal from Transponder 1?

For whatever reason, I have lost my ability to get signal on Transponder 1. I have 2 DTivo units and neither of them can acquire a signal from it. They get 80+ from all remaining transponders that are live.

I am thinking that the multi-switch may have gone bad.

Any ideas what could be causing this?
