No Signal NPS Channels

For about 20 minutes the NPS channels are showing no signal, and I get the acquiring sat signal screen. Anyone else?

I have the same problem. Was about to call NPS but came here to check first before I call them up. All my Dish Netowrk stations are fine.

Thanks. Just wanted to be sure it wasn't just me. I won't bother them - they must be aware of the problem.

When I call the 1-800-909-9677 I get an automated voice mail telling me that I would need a waiver to qualify for certain networks. Well I only qualify for NBC and FOX and since there not picking up the phone it must be a technical issue.


Very poor customer service to not answer the phones during system down time

I called 800-728-3950 and got a recording that the DNS stations were down and they expected them back up soon. About 10 minutes later, they were.

I am only having trouble with CBS Atlanta 5733. The signal is really poor to the point where I have screen blanking about every 8-9 seconds

What are the NPS Channels and what does NPS stand for? If they are the Distant network channels out of SF and Atlant, how do I get them and what is the cost?
