No Signal When A/c Kicks On!! Help!!!

I had a similiar problem. At the time I had 2 h-10s and 2 h-20s. Bought a new LCD tv and hooked it up to the h-10. Every time you put on the bathroom light or the a/c in that room would get searching for sat signal. This happened only on the odd transponders, not the even ones. Dtv send techs four times and had no clue. They changed the ird, Lnb twice, ran new cable from the dish to the IRD. Finally a tech suggested the electric issue. I ran an extension to another circuit whickh fixed the problem. My electricion could find no problem with the circuit. He changed the breaker, and the duplexes to no avail. My solution was to have the electrician run an extension from an existing circuit to behind my TV through my attic. Problem solved.

Did he check the voltage drop on the circuit when it was under load?
