No sound from Joey

Hi,

My Joey is run to my TV through my Denon receiver. I get no sound from the Joey. When I use my streaming Fire Stick, the sound works fine, so I know it isn't the connection between the receiver and the TV. I tried unplugging and resetting the Joey, and checking the connection between the Joey and the receiver, but still no sound.
Any suggestions?

In yourJoey setting Menu, under Audio Output do you have it set to Dolby Audio On?
