no sound on cgn tv amc 4

anyone know why no sound on amc 4 101w cgn tv there is no sound ? i have great picture

I tuned that in today and got no audio. On my receiver (Fortec Lifetime Classic NA) had to press the red button (Lang) to bring up Audio. It listed two choices - select number 2 to get sound.

sounds like audio 1 might be AC-3

i went through my receiver and couldnt find an audio 1 or 2 , does any one have merc ii that can help ?

On the remote, look for the "AUDIO" button, 2 below the Blue button
