No sound on recorded program on Joey

We recorded (downloaded an on-demand show actually) using our main hopper. On the hopper, playback is fine. On the joey, there is no sound. Other DVR shows have sound, but this show, every episode, does not. We have plugged the Joey into another TV with the same result, so it's not the TV. Are there some settings somewhere on the Joey that could cause this?
 
Or you could try unplugging the Joey for a short time and then plugging it back in. A recyle might fix the issue.
 
I had the exact same issue with my Joey 1.0 and HWS. I tried everything. Even brought a DIRT member in on the problem. Unfortunately we never did solve it so I upgraded to a Joey 4K (even though I don't have a 4K HDTV). I am glad I did because the 4K is a much faster unit. The old Joey 1.0 was ridiculously slow.
 
We just tried it on the Joey in another room and we are having the same issue, no sound specifically to this video that is kept in the rental section of the dvr.
