no sound on tv tuner

i finally got my dish connected to my laptop. but windvr doesn't have any sound. i go to device and look in the audio input but the tv tuner audio isn't there. i have a kworld 330 and am using composite cables. it worked before but stopped working now. i don't know why it doesn't have the tv tuner for audio when it shows up for video
