No sound or picture on PBS stations

Hi,

I finally got the right pole installed and have no trouble except for the PBS stations. I have no sound on the create, world, or veme channels. Another problem is I cant receive the HD channels or montana/oklahoma pbs. Some of the channels look scrambled. I am using a GeosatPro DSR200c receiver. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I believe those pbs channels are AC3. Because I get those channels with 90% quality and all I get is pictures no sound either.

The GeosatPro 200 can only get DVB signals

Montana & Oklahoma are DVB-S2 which is different

A Toslink cable will work for AC3. An Openbox S9 & a HDMI cable will work for the S2 signals & AC3
