No Starz/Anchor Bay titles on Netflix?

So is Netflix ever going to start carrying the Starz Blu-Ray titles? Haloween, Dawn of the Dead, Evil Dead 2, etc...

Strange, since they seem to carry almost all HD & BR titles.

Does Blockbuster carry these titles?

I think I saw Halloween and Dawn of the Dead BD at local blockbuster, but I can't find them online.
