I have a great signal on the proper transponder at 77°, but there is no video for any of the Cincinnati locals through Dish right now. Anyone having the same issue? It is the perfect black/nothing video signal. Great test for my LCD TV.

The channels are broadcasting OTA and via TW cable. I wonder what's going on at the POP?
 
It wasn't my receiver. It was something at the POP. I was getting 54 (KET) which comes from a different POP. I was getting a strong signal with no video or audio for 5, 9, 12, 14, 19, 48, or 64. At some point before 4am, they came back (before my receiver reboot).

Everything is fine now. I just wonder what happened at the POP?
