Not able to "Complete Registration"

I had my install done this past Friday and I'm very happy with everything, except I am not able to click on "complete registration" for bbah from my my dish account page....I click on the tab and nothing happens....I am able to download things thru bbah on my Hopper but I'd also love to be able to get movie thru the mail...any suggestions???
