not getting hmc in platnum pack

I saw hallmark movie chanel listid in platnum but I am not recving it in my platmum pack. I have at 200 with platnim

lets not confuse folks. The channel in question is Hallmark Movie Channel (HMC) on channel 187. Someone posted another channel with an acronym similar to it
