Odd Email

So I get this email,"Thank you for approving your DISH document",I've not taken any actions with DISH of any kind other than paying the bill,and that's auto pay.
Appears to have links to various trouble shooting items and comes from "DISH Outdoors Support",I have nothing with DISH Outdoors,or even know what that is.
Thoughts ?
