TIVO doesn't offer any content. Just guide Data.

tivo's starting to offer a lot of things beyone guide data (I think they are starting to get it that charging 16 a month w/o any real value is lame) though you must be connected via broadband to get anything other than guide data... i was in the beta program and they were testing many online things... i think tivo sees themselves moving in as the *video* ipod, though i still think they are too little too late to save the company... it's all about being portable with video (maybe they are so interested in slingbox?).
