OFFLINE MODE banner

I transferred some TV shows to my iPhone 4s with the Dish Anywhere app. When I watch the shows on my iPhone, if I don't have internet access I get a blue banner across the screen saying "OFFLINE MODE: Some features may be limited or disabled". This banner goes across the screen blocking part of the video I am trying to watch. How do I turn this banner off?

I understand how frustrating it can be when a feature does not work properly. I would be happy to assist you with any issues you are experiencing.

When you're having this issue is the Transferred recording playing in full screen mode? Please try to logout and log back in, once your connected back to the Hopper w/Sling, try to watch the transferred recording again to see if the blue line is gone.

On an Android hitting the back button normally gets rid of overlays when they do not go away.
