Turbo Gold, Platinum, locals, HD & SD, receiver fees, $.1 cent cinemax RSN both hd & SD. The only shortcoming was FOX Business, but Oh, well.( I did watch it , CNBC is better:

I want to do the same but fox business is my sticking point. If you have the biggest HD package and the Platinum HD add-on, there is NO reason you should not have a non-premium channel in your package.
