I've got an old D* dish laying around. Is there any way to to use this dish to pick up anymore HD programming?

My current setup is...

Dish 500, (1) 322, (2) 811's.

As far as what switches, or multiplexors, DP's or LNB's are currnetly on the system I have no clue. All my programming comes off of 110 & 119.

Is there any chance of using the old D* dish to get some more HD? What would be needed?

TIA.

Probably NO! You don't give the important facts but from the information you do give.
Your electronics at the dish are probably Dish Pro (DP) which means you would need a "D" tube on the D* dish, most are made with a rectangular tube for the LNB. You don't say what you have for switching so you probably have a DP Quad on the DISH 500 for 110 & 119 which means you would need a DP-34 or DPP44 switch to add additional satellites. 148,61.5 and when it becomes official Sept 27th 129 would be the only satellites that you could pickup with an 18" dish.
