ondemand 2 tvs

I have the Hopper 3 and 2 4k Joeys. My girlfriend was watching a movie in my bedroom ondemand so I decided to go downstairs to watch my own movie. I have a very good internet connection so bandwidth isn't an issue. But dish said insufficient bandwidth bedroom 1 is using OnDemand. Is this an error with my Hooper 3 or is this normal one person in the household can watch ondemand at a time?
Hopper 3 is connected through ethernet with a 600mps connection.

Excellent question. I wonder if Hopper 3 is struggling to process two streaming actions at the same time. Normally, even 4K movies shouldn't matter since you have a very high speed.

You can't have more than 1 stream going on a Hopper. It's dumb with 16 tuners, but that's just how it's always been.

thanks, I got my answer. Still love Dish but that does suck especially if you have a good internet connection
