No. But if you get a paper clip and some tape, I can show you a way to press one place and have all three turn on/off. You just want to make sure they are all on or all off before you start - or else you'll never get all 3 on at the same time, and be willing to do some thumb manuvers like you are playing an Xbox...

Nope, you need an aftermarket remote.
