Is it possible to do an online chat with an American CSR or is that option only with overseas CSR’s?
Tell them you want to cancel and they will put you through an American Retention specialist. Then when you talk to them you can say please put my phone number in the future to an American csr instead of foreign csrs . But if you call on the weekend you will be lucky they even answer your call. I spent 25 minutes waiting for tech support to activate a receiver last Saturday. I finally hung up and called back and selected Upgrades. I then waited for 12 minutes before an American csr in Texas answered and helped me with all my issues.

So American CSR's do the ONLINE chat option?

His advice will not work with online chat. If you tell the chat agent that you want to cancel your service, they will tell you to call. If you are lucky, they will give you a special phone number to call so that you won't get a front-line CSR, which increases the chance that you will get an American CSR when you call.
