ONN not coming in at all!

Perhaps it just came back up? I'm doing a blind scan on a different satellite right now (AMC 9), so I can't check to see if ONN is there.
Still running a blind scan on AMC 9. I'm on the West coast and it's totally sunny here. I'll check after the blind scan completes and follow up here.
My dish position hasn't changed. Why is somone on one part of the country able to receive it now and I'm not??
Does anyone know why someone in one part of the country can see it and someone in another part of the country can't?
And I'm still not getting it. I've got decent signal quality on another transponder, but not on the one for ONN!
one side of the country can see if if the other cannot because of rain, etc. If there's a lot of weather south of you in front of where the bird is.
If that's the case, why am I seeing other transponders on SBS6 without a problem? I'm still not getting ONN this morning!
Okay, so I just did a blind scan on SBS6 on my Fortec Mercury II. I now have ONN back up, but it's on 11742/H/6625!
