OrbyTV Self Install Price Dropped to $70

Just noticed that the OrbyTV Self-Install price has dropped from $85 to $70.

This would be a good deal for FTA use. Perhaps someone could tell us if the supplied LNB is capable of both vertical and horizontal. I know the orby receiver only puts out 13 volts. Even when turned off it puts out 13 volts to the dish.

There are far more suitable dishes for FTA.
the orby lnbf is vertical only I believe.
