Order Accessories - New Feature?

Just logged into my online account and noticed on the left under "NEW ON DISH NETWORK" there is an option to order accessories.

From there you have options such as:

  • Remotes
  • Remote Accessories
  • Receiver Accessories
  • Manuals
  • Cables
  • Phone Line and Broadband Accessories
But when I click on them I get " Due to technical difficulties, we are unable to process your request at this time. You may try again in a few moments or contact the Customer Service Center at 1-888-884-2741 for account assistance."

Anyone notice this or able to get a list of things we can order?
