Ordering hd platinum online

I tried to order hd platinum on the Dish website but it is grayed out so I can't click it. Does anyone know why? I have top 250 with hd for life so should qualify right?

I do not see why you would not be eligible for Dish Platinum [formerly HD Platinum--although I still find myself calling it that as well--I do not get why it no longer has HD in it when it requires an HD package although there are some SD channels in it like MoviePlex, Sundance, Encore Mystery, Starz Cinema (although I think Starz offers it in HD), and WFN (I probably should not mention that it was HD at one time on Dish)].
You may be able to get it free for 3 months. I would ask via online chat.
In addition, there is an "Order Now" button on the a la carte site located here: BabyTV, Outdoor Channel & A La Carte TV - DISH Network
There is also the Dish Platinum site: DISH Platinum - DISH Network (It does have an image that says 3 months free if you sign up today.).

Why not PM one of the DIRT team, and let them do the work for you of getting it turned on?
