OTA Fee for 942 Without any HD Packs?

Interested in buying a used 942 for SD use - OTA (Over the Air) Fee?

Not Planning on ANY HD packages. Can I use it FREE for OTA HD Broadcasts or is there a Monthly "HD Enablement" fee like the new 622s have?

Anyone currently using a 942 with OTA HD and NO hd packages? Possible?
Manual Timers to record HD OTA work? Nothing in the EPG I'd guess, but the OTA channels should a mappable?

Side-Note: Primary motivation is POCKETDISH USB 2.0. Losing faith that the promised 522/625 USB 1.1 POCKETDISH upgrade will transfer files via USB (high quality), possibly only via analog real-time recording. L2.91 - anyone have it and a POCKETDISH? Thanks.

If you purchase the 942, there is no "non-HD fee". The fee is applied if you lease any HD receiver and do not order the HD package. So you should see no such fee.
