Now that we have our locals here in the Springfield/Holyoke Ma DMA,wil lwe be able to get guide data for the locals even if we are a "mover". Ihave the Hartford locals with all the Springfield locals through OTA and was hoping to get the guide data but as of right now it still says Data unavailable.

I am not sure about "movers" but..
I am in the NYC DMA and I can get OTA channels from Scranton, PA and a few others from the northern suburbs of NYC.
I have guide data for most of the channels except some just say "digital service" and one, WRRN3 says "off air" all the time when there is programming there.
Whatever Dish provides from Tribune Media is what we get.
