OTA Locals

Just a quick question, Do I have to subscribe to locals to get OTA thru the receiver. I was just thinking if I could save a few bucks. I will just hook up the OTA and get locals thru the receiver, if that is possible???

If you have anything older than a H20, then no subscription is required. The H20 does not have an "Off Air Only" option for setup, and you will get an error code if you try to use it for OTA channels only.
