OTA Signal Meter - Red vs Green?

Does anyone know the significance of the signal meter color when scanning OTA channels?

I noticed that I have some channels that are in the 70's and green, but others are 100 and red. Is the red meter indicating a problem or is it just an odd choice of colors in the new UI?

Red means max strength...there's green yellow red as meter colors.Under the meter it says signal strength and a colored number.Your meter may be red but that number will be green,i just go by that colored number...

As far as I can tell, only 100% shows red - seems backwards to me but my "reds" work fine.
