I've searched high and low and can't find a post that fits my issue. I have a Dish 1000, three DP dual LNBs, DPP44 (no power inserter) switch, vip622, vip211, and a 311. All tuners have a single cable to them. Currently the sat signal is sent over a single cable with a separator supplying both sat inputs on the 622. The 622 TV2 out is diplexed to a second TV on channel 90. Both the 622 and 211 have their own antennas. The antenna at the 622 picks up weak signals while the antenna at the 211 picks up everything. I've switched the antennas between the two receivers and still the 622 has weak OTA signals. Attached is a diagram of how the system is set up and how I've tried to set it up. I basically want to send the OTA signal from the 211 to the 622 and eliminate one antenna. Is this possible given that I have one line to each room and can't add a second coax to any of the tuner locations? A rough sketch of the "current" vs. "want to" is attached. The new set up works fine for satellite and OTA on the 211 - I can only get sat channels on the 622 with no OTA signals at all.
Thanks for the help!
