oval dish

New to this site and need some help. I want to get locals and need a new oval dish. My question is do I buy and install it, or will dtv provide one for free.

If you call DirecTV they will probably give you a new dish and receivers if you need them. I would recommend upgrading to the DirecTivo receiver if you haven't already.
