How can I hook up over the air antenna and cable tv, so I can get HD channels?

It all depends on what you have in your set up.
Are you using a Cable box, or trying to directly into the TV ?
If you have a cable box, most have a pass thru, hook up the OTA antenna to the OTA antanna input, if you have one andthe cable box into which ever Video input you have.
You can also hook the OTA antenna upto the rf input onyour TV and the cable box to the video input.
All depends on what you have to work with, need more info if you want more details.
Most cases, if you want HD from your cable, you will need a HD cable box.
