Overdriven audio on some channels

Trying to figure out if it's on my end or theirs. Audio is clipping like they are driving it too hard on the input level of the encoder.

Right now Motortrend channel has some scratching on audio. This is on a different tv and receiver. It minimal but some noticeable.

Not happening now. My system is the orby standard non dvr receiver feeding my tv via hdmi. Optical cable out of the tv into bose solo audio system.

The other tv has the same setup.
Audio has been good now.

What is overdriven audio? A few days ago my obery audio gets low, drops out and comes back. I do not know if it is the tv or satellite. Since I have company till after new years I probably will not have much time for testing. I was using composite and changed the wire to another one and tryyed 2 different avr tv imputs. I changed to an hdmi wire imput with the identical results. Might try orby on a small portable tv and check.to see if I still have audio problems. Also there is a slight buzz in the tv.
