I am wondering if anyone can tell me what I would gain by switching from my old total choice package with HD and DVR seperate to the new package Plus HD DVR? I have tried to look and see if I actually gain any channels or anything better and can't find enough information. It appears that I would actually pay about $0.50 more per month.

If you have the total choice and not the total choice plus you will gain about 25 channels:
Boomerang
The Military channel
Discovery Times
History International
DYI
Discovery Health
LOGO
BETJ
Discovery Home
ESPN Classic
FUEL
Fox Movie Channel
Fox Reality
Style
Oxygen
The Biography channel
VH1 Classic

If the price difference is only 50 cents it sounds like you have the total choice plus package. If you upgrade, you would have to pay the new price (which is 3 dollars more than the expired package). The Plus HD-DVR package is 72.99, and if you already have the Total choice plus, then you would gain no channels.
