I have a GI remote model IRC-55 that will control my DSR 922 if I change the address in the receiver to 002. I tried the 4DTV way of holding the SAT key for several seconds and the 001. The AnyWhere remote does not have a LED to flash so I don't know how long to press the SAT button. I tried SAT MUTE 001, 0001, 00001, MUTE 001, MUTE ENTER 001 and others. Does anyone remember how to change the address on the AnyWhere remote?

Are you trying to change the remote address or the receiver?
To change the receiver,power on and using the front panel buttons,press both up and down arrows (you should see A and a # 0-3),use up or down arrow to change # to desired address,press enter to save,turn off receiver to exit mode.
