Pandora to Limit Free Listening, Citing Royalty Costs

In a blog post on Wednesday, Tim Westergren, the founder and public face of Pandora, said that a limit of 40 hours a month on mobile devices would take effect this week for its free service.

I pay for premium on both. Slacker for cached content & pandora for everything else. They're both great services.

i see the royalty fees are going beyond sirius xm, siriusxm just raised the royalty fees. its funny how i keep noticing every bill i have is gradually increasing except my income has not.

They used to limit free listening 2-3 years ago..i guess they came full circle
