Are you not getting any quality? If not, your dish may not be pointed correctly. Be sure you are using an active transponder to check for quality and to peak your dish.

What satellite are you trying to hit? Telstar 5 @ 97w?

Everything is all good except the picture and sound. My satellite is nimiq 1 @ 91w. I didn't understand you when you said to be using an active transponder. (i don't know what that is)
